1st Student’s Choice, Student’s Voice Essay Writing Contest The PLV Library would like to hear the students' voice in the selection of books as well as provide the opportunity for PLVians to have a positive experience with literacy and reading.  PLVians, would you like to spend a day at the 38th Manila International Book Fair this September with a schoolmate? If your answer is yes, write an essay and be part of this contest!  Essay Writing Contest Rules: 1. The contest is open to all enrolled undergraduate and SHS students in the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela. Student Assistants and Student Volunteers of the PLV Library are not eligible to join. 2.
