The PLV University Library is now featuring Sen. Win Gatchalian as its Reading Icon for February 2018. The Department is very grateful that he willingly shared ten of his books from his personal shelf collection. Here, PLVians and other Library visitors may learn more about being a legislator and the many facets of leadership. Let us learn more about him through this brief introduction: "Sen.
